Please review the guidelines and check the federal income eligibility chart below to determine whether you and your family qualify. Eligibility is based on family size and income level. If your family qualifies, complete the Student Eligibility Verification Form. These income levels are set by federal standards and are not determined by SMHS or the College Board.

Take your completed waiver to Ms. Mazzola in room 267 for approval before submitting it to the Finance Office. If approved, you will pay $15.00 per exam with a Federal Fee Waiver.

Payments using the fee waiver can only be made in person at the Finance Office and must be received by February 6 at 3:00 PM. All forms must be completed and submitted at the time of payment.

In-person payment may be made in cash or by cashier’s check (payable to SMUSD) during the following dates and times: February 2–February 6.

Students may submit payments before school, during break or lunch, or after school until 3:35 PM.

Parents may drop off payments between 9:00–11:00 AM and 1:30–3:00 PM during these dates.

Money orders are not accepted.
