TRYOUT INFORMATION

 Here is the Packet for Athletic Clearance

Online Athletic Clearance Packet

STEPS TO TAKE BEFORE A STUDENT ATHLETE CAN TRYOUT

1.     Students who wish to participate in a sport for the 25/26 school year will need to have an Online Clearance Packet completed and turned in before you can practice and or try out. Screenings may only be performed by a licensed MD, DO, PAC, and NP. Athletic screening must be performed after June 1st, 2025 for the 25/26 school year participation.  

2.     The clearance packet is electronic. There is nothing to turn in. Simply complete the online packet and click submit.

**NOTE: Players that are NOT cleared through this process will be unable to tryout**

JV Tryouts: 

Saturday, November 8^th from 4-6pm

Monday, November 10^th from 4-6pm

Varsity Tryouts:

Saturday, November 8^th from 2-4pm

Monday, November 10^th from 2-4pm
