SMHS will deliver your transcript to the recipient you choose in the format they prefer.  Follow the 3 easy steps below to order your transcript from Parchment.

IF YOU GRADUATED PRIOR TO 1998 
Call the SMHS Transcript Line at (760) 290-2225 for automated instructions.
 
If you graduated prior to 1998 please order your transcript from the options below directly from the school. 

• Please either send a fax request to 760-761-0803 or email our Registrar Monica LaDell at monica.ladell@smusd.org

Or

• FAX a request to (760) 761-0803, Attn.: Registrar.  On the fax, please include the following:

1. Current Nam
2. Name used while attending SMHS
3. Date of Birth
4. Year of Graduation or last year attended SMHS
5. Contact phone number
6. Signature must be included on your request

7. Where you need the transcript faxed or sent to

Please be advised a FAXED copy is not an official transcript.
 
Please Note: WE DO NOT TAKE REQUESTS OVER THE PHONE AND IT TAKES THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS YOUR REQUEST.
