Intermediate drama and some drama club members attended Fullerton College Theater Festival (3/17-3/18). Everyone had a blast and Kaitlyn Khayat won 3rd place in the lighting design category!

Congrats to Ellie Barrett- Winner of a National Youth Theater Award for Best Supporting Actress in a musical for Gertrude in Seuss.

Congrats to Jonathan Chang- winner of the San Marcos Unified School District VAPA Scholarship for theater.

Congrats to Ana Lopez for the San Marcos High School Senior of the Year award for Drama!

NEW INTERMEDIATE DRAMA COURSE (FALL 2016)

Next year, we will be offering Intermediate Drama (in addition to more sections of beginning drama)! Any students who have taken beginning drama or who have significant acting experience (and are at least a sophomore) are encouraged to take this course.

We will go deeper into acting technique, theatrical critique, technical theater skills, and theater history!
